Product Availability and Pricing
My Mobiles makes every effort to ensure that all products listed on our site are available and accurately priced. However, there may be occasions when a product is unavailable. In such a case, we will contact you to offer you a refund (if the payment has already been made) or an alternative product. Furthermore, the prices of the product will be updated at any moment in accordance with the market fluctuation.
Orders and Payments
Once you have placed an order on My Mobiles, you will receive a confirmation call & email. Your order will then be processed and shipped. For more information, visit the Refund-&-Shipping page. We accept a variety of payment methods, including direct bank transfer, credit and debit cards, and cash on delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders to all parts of Pakistan. We offer free shipping on all orders. Delivery times vary depending on your location, weather condition, and political instability, but most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy on used mobile phones and a brand warranty for new mobile phones. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. However, terms & conditions do apply, and verify those conditions by visiting the Return Policy and Refund-&-Shipping pages. To return an item, you will be given instructions after your refund has been approved.
Order Cancellation Without Prior Notification
My Mobiles has the right to cancel any and all orders that may not align with our policy. Here are some of the reasons that can be the cause of order cancelation without prior notification.
- If we identify that you’re a vendor/shopkeeper running their own business.
- There are multiple orders.
- If the product is not available at the moment.
- If there is suspicious activity on your end.
- If the delivery address is incomplete or if the address is wrong.
- If the payment has failed to go through or the bank has rejected the transaction.
Warranty

Intellectual Property
All content on My Mobiles, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of the content on our site without our express permission.
Limitation of Liability
